MADC - Mara Autonomous District Council

The Mara Autonomous District Council (MADC) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from reputed Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms, corporates, or associations to be empaneled for providing professional consultancy services for the preparation and implementation of projects under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and PPP (Public-Private Partnership) models in various infrastructure development sectors.

Scope of Work:

Project Preparation and Planning: Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) across all infrastructure sectors.

Fundraising Activities: Advisory services related to raising funds for identified projects.
 

Consultancy for EPC & PPP Projects: Support in the structuring, implementation, and management of infrastructure projects under the EPC and PPP models.
 

Sector Coverage: All sectors related to infrastructure development within the State.
 

Interested organizations are invited to submit their proposals, detailing their credentials, experience in similar projects, and approach for the successful delivery of services.

The empaneled consultancy firms will assist the MADC in identifying and implementing strategic projects aimed at fostering economic growth and enhancing infrastructure development in the Mara Autonomous District.
